Almond Cookies


2 C finely ground blanched almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 egg yolks
1/4 C xylitol honey
1/4 C erythritol/stevia blend
1/4 C coconut oil or clarified butter (liquid/warm)
1/4 C Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract


Blend wet ingredients first with a whisk. Add dry, mix until incorporated. Place dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
